PREMIUM Delivery Service
PASSPORTS WILL BE DELIVERED USING NEW ZEALAND POST
Once the document is ready for delivery, a notification email with an Airway Bill tracking number will be sent to your email address registered in your profile created on www.ustraveldocs.com for this delivery service. We will send you an email with the Airway Bill tracking number when the passport/document has been processed for delivery. Please refrain from contacting PDS Prestige to enquire as to when your passport/document will arrive.
Transportation and Delivery:
Once payment of the fee has been made in full through www.pdsprestige.co.nz PDS Prestige Service will use New Zealand Post express delivery to send your passport and/or documents to the address entered in the www.ustraveldocs.com website. If you select a home or office delivery, someone must be present when the courier delivers your passport. If the courier is unable to make the delivery, for example, because no one is home, the courier will leave a written notice of the attempted delivery. If you receive a notice like this, please contact New Zealand Post immediately.
If the address is in a business building/complex a Company Name, Building Name, and a Floor Number MUST be entered in Address Line 1. If the address is in an Apartment, the Apartment Name MUST be entered in Address Line 1.
Please note that your failure to provide accurate contact information (domestic phone numbers, address, and email) will result in the delay or even inability to deliver your passport to the selected address/location. The document delivery address and telephone number provided must be both an address located and a contact number registered in New Zealand.
In the event your documents/passport are returned to us, you will incur an additional fee of NZ $43.00 per delivery (passport/documents) to resend. It is essential that you provide your correct contact information.
The fee of NZ $43.00 (inclusive of all taxes) is applicable for this service and is payable by EACH applicant. It is payable by credit card/debit card only.
Premium Home or Office Delivery option is available for all applicants applying together. By selecting premium home or office delivery option, EACH applicant will have to pay NZ $43.00 towards this service.
The responsibility of PDS Prestige for its services under this agreement is limited solely and exclusively to the transportation and delivery of the Passport/Document that have been granted by the Embassy of the United States of America. PDS Prestige is not responsible for the waiting and/or evaluation of any Visa Application nor the process for its issuance. Neither is PDS Prestige responsible for the possible rejection of any Visa Application by the Embassy of the United States of America, nor for the revoking by the latter of any visa that may have previously been granted. The applicant absolves PDS Prestige from any responsibility in any of these cases.
Any incorrect information provided on this form may cause delays in delivery and in such case PDS Prestige will not be responsible for such delays. PDS Prestige will not have any responsibility if the delivery of the passport/documents is delayed and/or does not materialize due to any “Circumstances out of PDS Prestige Control”. This includes: the lack or omission attributable to the applicant, the act of a third party and any fortuitous or force major event, including: earthquake, hurricane, storm, or other atmospheric phenomena; flood, fire, accident, civil war, strike, civil commotion, interruption of transportation, shortage of fuel, epidemic, criminal or malicious actions; governmental prohibitions or restrictions and any other circumstances with characteristics or effects similar to the aforementioned events.
Unclaimed Documents:
In cases where you have registered an incorrect mailing address on your profile and/or the storage period at New Zealand Post has passed the package will be returned to the PDS Prestige Service Centre. Please note if you do not receive your passport/documents within 15 business days of receiving a notification from PDS Prestige Service, please contact PDS Prestige Service by email: info@prestigepacific.co.nz
Tracking:
Visa applicants will be able to track the status of their shipment through https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking
Reimbursement Policy and Deadlines:
This payment for PDS Delivery Services is valid for six (6) months from the date of payment. In the event you do not have any passport/document to be delivered by PDS Prestige within 6 months from the date of purchase, you will need to make another payment to receive your passport/documents after this period.The applicant acknowledges and accepts that in such case PDS Prestige will not incur any additional cost or responsibility and the applicant will not be entitled to compensation.
The applicant declares, acknowledges and accepts, and thus it is agreed: (a) that the present agreement will be governed by the laws of New Zealand and (b) in the case of any claim, action, dispute or discrepancy related to this agreement or its execution, breach, interpretation, alleged nullity or non-existence or any other aspect directly or indirectly related to it that can be claimed or brought by any of the parties to this agreement against the other party, both parties declare and agree that they submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.
